Every educator undergoes an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check before they can accept any assignments.
Right to work verification
We verify the right to work status of every candidate in line with Home Office requirements.
Qualification verification
Teaching qualifications, QTS status, and relevant certifications are verified directly with issuing bodies.
Reference checks
We obtain and verify professional references covering a minimum of two years, contacting referees directly.
Ongoing safeguarding
Annual safeguarding training, regular compliance reviews, and continuous monitoring ensure standards never slip.
Regular audits
