Humly are recruiting for a School Administrator to support a busy school office.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00. The role is expected to run until October half term initially, with the possibility of continuing beyond this depending on the needs of the school.
The school is looking for someone organised, friendly and confident working in a school office environment. Experience using SIMS and ParentPay would be ideal, as you will be supporting with day-to-day admin, pupil records, communication with parents and general office tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing
As the School Administrator, you will support the smooth running of the school office.
Your role may include:
Supporting the main school office
Using SIMS to update and manage pupil information
Supporting with ParentPay where needed
Answering phone calls and dealing with enquiries
Welcoming visitors, parents and pupils at reception
Supporting attendance, registers and pupil records
Handling emails and general school communication
Helping with letters, forms and admin documents
Supporting school staff with day-to-day office tasks
Keeping information accurate and confidential
Following school policies and safeguarding procedures
This role needs someone who is professional, organised and calm under pressure. The right person will be confident speaking with parents, staff and visitors, while keeping the school office running smoothly.
You’ll Be a Good Fit If You...
Have experience working in a school office or similar admin role
Have experience using SIMS
Have experience using ParentPay, or are confident learning new systems
Are organised, accurate and reliable
Have good communication skills
Are confident answering calls and speaking with parents
Can manage confidential information professionally
Can work well as part of a school team
Are available Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00
Have, or are willing to complete, the required safeguarding and compliance checks
