We work closely with primary schools across Maryport and the surrounding area, connecting skilled support staff with rewarding opportunities.</p><h2 class="">Role Details</h2><ul class="list-disc pl-6"><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Full-time SEN Learning Support Assistant opportunities</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">September start</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">School-based roles in Maryport and surrounding areas</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Long-term and ongoing opportunities available</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">£15.46 per hour</p></li></ul><h2 class="">What You'll Be Doing</h2><ul class="list-disc pl-6"><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Support pupils with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Help children access learning through tailored support and encouragement</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Work closely with teachers and the wider school team to deliver individual support plans</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Promote a safe, positive and inclusive classroom environment</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation and social development</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families where appropriate</p></li></ul><h2 class="">You'll Be a Good Fit If You...</h2><ul class="list-disc pl-6"><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Have experience working as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or SEN Support Assistant</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Have experience supporting children with Autism or other additional needs</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Have recent experience working in a UK primary school or similar educational setting</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Are patient, reliable and adaptable</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Are passionate about helping children achieve their potential</p></li><li><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed">Are available to work full-time from September</p></li></ul><p class="text-sm leading-relaxed"></p>
