    Here's how it works

    Step 1

    Tell us about an educator you rate — we’ll take it from there.

    Step 2

    Choose your bonus split

    Decide how to divide the £100. 50/50, 100% to them, or all to you — completely your call.

    Step 3

    Get paid

    Once they work their first day, your bonus is paid the following Friday.
